1) Soak the Velour Puff puff in Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur, then fold it in half and rub the two halves together.
2) Tap to remove excess.
3) Tap the puff onto the face with a circular motion to set make-up.
4) To recreate the signature \"no make-up\" look of Laura Mercier look, apply your favorite foundation, Pure Canvas Primer or Tinted Moisturizer.
