1 - Shake before use.
Spread in a thick layer:
- 4 to 5 presses on the forehead.
- 4 to 5 pressures on each cheek.
- 4 to 5 pressures on the Chin.
Avoid the eyes.

2 - Let the oxygen bubbles form by themselves

3 - No need for a watch, when they have disappeared, rinse well with water! (Time of application about 5 min.).
