To keep your teeth looking beautiful for longer, follow these simple recommendations:

Brush your teeth with certified organic toothpaste Avril 3 times a day for 2 to 3 minutes.
Brush in an up/down motion, not right/left: this helps dislodge residues without damaging your gums.
The perfect gesture is to start at the gum line and work your way down (or up!) towards the tips of your teeth
Change your toothbrush every 3 months at the most, as it's a real nest of germs! Avril to prevent it from drying out!
