"The dense, powdery texture of Rouge Pur Couture The Slim combined with its intense shades, requires perfect definition, which is very difficult to achieve with a round grape. Professional make-up artists have a little secret: they draw a square shape around the Cupid's bow before applying the color. I've simplified this process by developing a square grape to help women draw a clean line themselves. To add volume to the lips, I start at the center of the upper lip, using the corners of the grape to mark the Cupid's bow. Then I apply the red outwards with the sides of the grape to precisely define the contours of the upper and lower lips. This accentuates the natural curve of the lips and achieves the desired push-up effect." - Tom Pecheux
