Start by using the spatula provided to mix the scrub thoroughly - the oil and salt formulations separate in the jar, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
As you stir, the volume of the product will increase as the ingredients combine, the jar has extra space to accommodate this.
Next, apply a small amount of scrub to damp skin and massage in circular motions, concentrating particularly on rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels.
Rinse thoroughly.
Use once or twice a week.
Be careful in the shower as oils can make surfaces slippery.

Warning: product ingredient lists are regularly updated. Before using any product, please read the list of ingredients on the packaging to ensure that it is suitable for your personal use.
