To position the Abrasive Band, peel off the protective film on the back and stick it onto the Foot File.

To remove the Abrasive Band, grasp it at its base and peel it off. Wash the file to remove any excess glue, then disinfect it. Dry thoroughly before applying another Disposable Abrasive Band.
