This eclectic product can also be used before or after shampooing.

For normal hair: after shampooing, apply to scalp and towel-dried hair for optimum results in terms of prevention.
Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, comb and rinse.
For fine hair: can also be used as a pre-shampoo treatment for a light conditioning effect. Apply to scalp and wet hair, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse before proceeding with normal shampoo.
For normal or thick hair: for best conditioning results, apply as a pre-shampoo treatment, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse. Shampoo, rinse and reapply for 3-5 minutes. Rinse and dry.
