Apply liquid foundation to the face, starting around the nose and mouth, then blend outward toward the rest of the face depending on the desired level of coverage.
To clean it, dampen the bristles with lukewarm water, keeping the ferrule dry. Massage a small amount of Conditioning Brush Cleanser into the bristles, then rinse until the water runs clear. Gently squeeze out excess water, reshape the brush, and let it dry flat with the bristles extending slightly beyond the edge of a surface.
