Spray directly onto the skin from a distance of about 15 cm.

Spread the oil evenly with your hands, using light circular massages.

Concentrate on the areas you want to tan: legs, arms, stomach, décolleté...

Important : To protect your skin from UV rays, it's essential to apply a suitable sun protection product (SPF 30 minimum) before exposure to the sun, then overlay the bronzing oil to enhance and intensify the tan.
