Colour It! - Intense Color Eyeliner

Shake lightly before use. Line the upper lash line with the felt-tip applicator, starting at the inner corner of the eye. For a natural look, keep the line thin; for a more intense effect, gradually thicken or add a comma at the outer corner. Leave to dry for a few seconds without blinking.
