Essential grapefruit

Considered by the Chinese as one of the three blessed fruits along with the peach and the lemon, the grapefruit, symbol of fertility and prosperity, was also prized by the Greeks and Romans. With its zesty freshness, this citrus fruit grows in the arid and colourful lands of the province of Salta, in the north of Argentina: a rich soil that gives it unique qualities.
