ENERGIZING Thickening Tonic - No-rinse toner 100 ml

Adds thickness and density to fine hair, while protecting against future breakage or damage.

Apply product to scalp and towel-dried hair. Massage gently and comb through lengths for even distribution. Do not rinse.
