Apply directly to lips with applicator.
For perfectly defined lips, use the flat side of the applicator to apply the texture to the center of the lips and the tip for the Cupid's bow and corner of the lips.
For even more intense results, leave to dry for a few moments, then apply a second coat to the lips.
