Twist the pen’s rotating base several times until a small bead of clear gel appears at the tip of the brush (several clicks may be needed the first time you use it). Smile widely, being careful not to press your lips against your teeth. Apply a thin layer of gel evenly to the visible surface of the teeth to be treated, working from top to bottom. Keep your mouth wide open for 30 seconds to allow the gel to dry and adhere. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for 20 to 30 minutes after application. Then rinse your mouth with water if necessary.
