Apply generously to dry or damp skin half an hour before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours during sun exposure and after perspiring, swimming, bathing or toweling off. Reducing this amount reduces the protection factor. Do not expose yourself to the sun for long periods, even with sun protection. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight.
