Before exposure to the sun, apply Photoderm Duo ski generously to face and lips. Reapply every two hours, after swimming or toweling off. Apply before going out, and reapply frequently for prolonged exposure. Avoid exposure to the sun during peak hours. Overexposure to the sun can damage your health, even with sun protection.
