Multi-use: Before shampooing on dry hair: apply to lengths and leave on for 5 minutes for instant nourishment, or overnight for a deep nourishment bath. In the shower on damp hair: apply to lengths and leave on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing to intensely nourish without weighing hair down. As a leave-in treatment: apply to ends and dry areas to facilitate styling. Remember to turn off the water in the shower.
