Specially designed for an acupressure effect, the ball allows to reproduce the transverse massage technique used by physiotherapists. It releases its active ingredients on the sensitive areas: back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles.

Directions for use: apply to the joints or sore muscles (back pain, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet), whenever necessary.
You can also use more product and perform a manual massage, in this case, wash your hands after use. 3 daily applications are recommended (morning, noon and evening).
