Waterproof eyeliner pencil. Gentle, highly pigmented formula. Easy application.
The ideal eyeliner to give free rein to your creativity. A line drawn on the upper lid naturally highlights the eyes. Eyeliner is also perfect for smoky eyes: simply draw a line along the lash line of the upper eyelid. Repeat on lower lid, then blend.
