Multi-use:
Before shampooing on dry hair: apply to lengths and leave on for 5 minutes or overnight as needed.
In the shower on damp hair: apply to lengths and leave on for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing.
As a leave-in treatment: apply to ends and dry areas for even more discipline.
Remember to turn off the water in the shower.
