Khôl Couture Waterproof - Eye and Brow Pencil

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
A combination of mineral waxes and silicone give an ideal, comfortable glide-on texture.
A high concentration of pigments creates smooth, intense and deep colors.
Silicone resin and an acrylate copolymer combined in a water-free formula ensures this product is long-wearing and waterproof.

Khôl Couture is used like a pencil. Simply extract the lead a few millimeters (no more than 3 mm) for a well-defined line.
Application is quick, easy and precise: like an eyeliner, it is applied along the upper lash line, from the inner corner outwards. It glides inside the eye along the lower lashes, and is applied to the eyelid like a shadow.
