instructions for use

For best results, use the file on wet or dry feet, after using the Callus Softener.
Use the rough side (80 grit) then the medium side (120 grit) and to perfect the result, use the Gentle Scrub.

To position the Abrasive Strip, peel off the protective film on the back and stick it onto the Foot File.
To remove the Abrasive Strip, grasp it at its base and peel it off. Wash the file to remove any excess glue, then disinfect it. Dry thoroughly before applying another Disposable Abrasive Band.
