Arnica has soothing and calming properties.

- Regular use from the moment of diagnosis of pregnancy
- For optimal effectiveness, apply the product morning and evening, then 3 times a day during the last month of pregnancy
- Massage the product into the skin with circular movements on the stomach, thighs, hips, buttocks and breasts
- After giving birth, continue the applications at least once a day
- For easier application, use after showering or bathing on slightly damp skin
