The essential oil of rosemary verbenone has a fresh, camphorated and aromatic scent.
This sub-shrub of 1 meter to 1.50 meters in height, native to Corsica, has spread to Spain and also flourishes in North Africa. Rosemary is an undemanding species and it grows especially around the Mediterranean, where it likes sunny exposures with marked summer drought.
